Save SMS Contact Info Glitch/Bug Windows 10 Mobile Review Nokia Lumia 640

Bug in the new Windows 10 Mobile Update on a Nokia Lumia 640 shown at the end of the video but I wanted to start off mentioning all the improvements that I like and find useful. I love this update because of what it is capable of doing but it just needs a lil tweak to fix this important issue.

OS Build: 10.0.10586.29

Projected screen display via USB using Project My Screen app from Microsoft.
I didn’t have the wireless display adapter and that’s why the display wouldn’t broadcast. I was trying to do it thru bluetooth.

Is anyone else having this issue ?
EDIT: 12/18/2015 Installed newer update OS Build: 10.0.10586.36 and the issue is still present. Cannot save contacts

Edit 2 : 12/21/2015 After syncing up my google email account to the phone, it now allows contacts to be saved but only to the google contacts. They do not save to the SIM itself. Would like to fix this if can. Thanks
