Without a doubt, all of these factors play their role, but at the end of the day, the best camera is the one that people favor the most – the one taking the most likeable photos.  

This brings us to today’s blind camera comparison. It is going to be a spicy one indeed, as the star of the show is the brand new iPhone 7. Apple treated its camera to quite a few refinements, including an upgraded image processor and the addition of optical stabilization. As a result, the latest iPhone performs better than ever. But is it good enough to win more votes than its rivals? We’ll see about that!

In this blind camera race, the iPhone 7 is running against the Galaxy S7 and the LG G5, both of which can take excellent photos. We’ve also thrown in the iPhone 6s to see if the public likes the newer iPhone’s camera better. It was a lovely afternoon when we took this shot at the city park. The sun’s rays were making their way through the clouds and tree branches to illuminate the pond where dragonflies entertained us with their aerial acrobatics. Scene 2: Pizza time

Walks in the park are a tough job, you know. We had to stop for a snack and to replenish our strength before heading back to the office. A prosciutto pizza made the perfect snack! Again, there are visible differences setting the four images apart. Let us know which one you like best.

Scene 3: The Opera

For 70 years, the opera house has provided entertainment for the city’s residents. It makes a pretty subject for test photos as well, with its detailed, intricate facade. At the same time, the sun peeking from behind adds contrast to the scene, allowing the cameras to show off their dynamics range capabilities.

Scene 4: By the sea

Later that day, the setting sun painted the sky with its rich palette of warm colors – colors that we had to attempt to capture. The results are mostly pleasing, we have to say. Again, vote for the image you like best!

Scene 5: A sunny afternoon

Another day, another set of photo samples! Luckily, the sun was on our side and provided us with plenty of light as we were taking our shots. As a result, our images turned out bright, colorful, and detailed. But identical they aren’t. Some cameras clearly went for a warmer look, while others captured the scene in a more neutral manner.
