How it Works
To initiate an emergency call, the user will need to press and hold down this help button in the middle until it vibrates.
This device is GPS-enabled, allowing for the approximate location of the user to be known.
Test Call
See the button device, all charged up, turned on and ready to be used.
Observe that the device vibrated when the help button was pressed for about 3 seconds. An operator anwered the test call.
Can It Be Used At Home?
There are several factors to consider as highlighted in the video. Theoretically, if the cell phone network signal is strong, the device should be able to provide a connection. Bay Alarm Medical recommends getting their in-home medical alert for full protection at home. See video or review for details.
