I don’t see it being released then. Even the rumors last year said that the s7 would be released in feb and it was not.

Oh boy! That’s three replacement notes in less than a week! There will be more in the coming days. Expect this phone to be off the shelf with a new recall next week!

None confirmed. The first reported one was due to an impact, not the battery. We have no idea about the others.

Before doing the Unpacked event, please call security and bomb-disposal experts for a controlled explosion

This article is not really about Note 7 issue. You don’t need to remind us about it — everyone knows, and even the trolls feel sad for Samsung about the issue. I know you want to get your revenge on the trolls that trolled Apple all these years — this is as good of an opportunity as any, but at least keep it on a relevant article.

I honestly think it’s time to end the trolling — the issue is too damn serious now to make fun of.

I believe it’s the 4th incident since The Verge reports Tuesday’s as third. I’m not sure

They have way more problems to worry about at the moment lol.

I don’t care about the phone spontaneously smoking (at this point….meh). But that Samsung rep text is as damning (if accurate) as I’ve ever seen for true intentions. A day or so ago I had an argument with members here about corporate agenda and accountability, and I can think of no better reality check than this. If true (if being very important) this is the most incompetent Rep in history lol.

Well that is sad indeed i hope samsung will compensate for his medical bills.

Wow! It’s like I refresh the page and a new incident pops up! This is about to get real ugly! The mobile division is in trouble! Adding fuel to the fire, Expect Samsung mobile CEO to be fired shortly!

To try to steer everyone away from the Note 7 fiasco

15. AlikMalix (Posts: 5956; Member since: 16 Jul 2014)

And do you blame them? They’re still a business after all. This is what businesses must do — do you really expect Samsung to just roll over and play dead? I’m sure they’re handling the issue the best they could — this is unpresidented on any scale and I don’t think any company is prepared for something like this if it had happened to them.

Was that a reply to me ? If it was imbnot blaming anyone. I just answered this guy’s question

Nevermind, I guess we’re on the same page.

SOON we will see the s8 fireworks show

6. Ticklemyfancy (Posts: 5; Member since: 3 hours ago)

If this is indeed not fake , then Samsung is trying their best to diverted attention from the Note 7. That’s not gonna happen Samsung. Just cancel the Note 7 already! It’s a defunct piece of tech .Dump it and focus on S8 and Note 8 series

16. AlikMalix (Posts: 5956; Member since: 16 Jul 2014)

I think that’s kind of what they’re doing. Business must go on.

18. Ticklemyfancy (Posts: 5; Member since: 3 hours ago)

They better recall the Note 7 fast . It’s putting a lot of lives at risk ! And yes , business must go on

Samsung: No more smartphones please.

20. Atheneum (Posts: 12; Member since: 07 Aug 2012)

I’ve been using the note 7 for more almost 3 months now, from the old and the new note 7. Seriously, this phone is much better than the other recent smartphone. Even compare with iPhone 7. From the looks and the functionality, it exceed all the competitors.
