Tutorial 1: Setup for Android App / Game Development in C++

My first step-by-step tutorial for setting up your Windows computer for cross-platform app development in C++ using the Marmalade SDK. The Marmalade SDK is a powerful development tool for both graphic intensive applications (e.g. games) as well as utility apps like photo editors, fitness apps, etc.

For the time being, I will work only with Android but the Marmalade SDK is capable of cross-platform application development.

Since I am still learning how to use the Marmalade SDK myself, I will start by creating video tutorials for all of the sample projects. Once those are complete, I will begin creating tutorials for important features that I discover, as well as take requests for explanations on other content.
