Most innovative phone of 2016!

The most «innovative» Phone…?

Nah…

They just want you to pay EXTRA for more features… Business, eh?

And speaking if ‘innovation’, My ancient Sony Ericsson T230 (May his… His… Err… «Software» (As opposed to soul) rest in peace) has that ‘innovation’ back in early-mid 2000s…

The company sold a VGA camera as an accessory that «clicks» at the bottom of the Phone!

Innovation, Ha!

More like old ideas on steroids…

G’Day!

Thanks for the history lesson, learned even more reasons not to buy into this proprietary garbage; it’s all been doable with standard connections from the ancient times.

G’Night!

Nice idea, poorly executed.

First off, they’re all merely proprietary versions of what’s available via OTG, a big no no from me. Second off, pointlessly ditches the headphone jack, another big no no from me. Finally, mods are hefty priced (some more expensive than standalone options), similar in size to stand-alone options (eg, pocket projectors, portable speakers, point and shoot cameras, etc.), and not significantly better than those standalone options, some not even better than the built-in components they «upgrade»/»transform»/»modulate» ( https://youtu.be/7TAPdmSuYBQ ).

In the end, kudos to Lenovo for being innovative, but like the Motorola Astrix, it wouldn’t be having significant impact on the Android platform if proprietary and sold-separately. Especially at hefty prices that rival standalone standard alternatives.

NOT an innovation…

Why?

Read my comment above…

It’s more like a «strategy», a business strategy to boom accessories sales…!

Some Smartphones notably Xiaomi mostly come with a MEGA battery…
But why give consumers a big battery for free when you can CHARGE them extra for a bigger one…?

Go figure…

And while you’re at it…

G’Day!

With smart-ass consumers like you, Moto is likely dying real soon.
