This after effects tutorial from last part of «Animate this static!» with Android. The first animation has been recognized as the best, so watch how i did it) It’s not a turbulence displacement or something like that but it is rather easy, the main effect that i used is cc warpomatic. It’s really new and interesting instrument in After Effects cc.
